Service advisors are friendly and courteous however communication between whatever call center they use and the dealership needs A LOT of work. Also the techs need to be more mindful of their work. I took my vehicle in for an airbag recall and headlight replacement and the next day the panels covering the side airbags they replaced literally fell off while i was driving. The service was okay but the wait was excessive. I would prefer not to have to wait close to two hours for an oil change. I schedule appointments with the thought that I can be in and out since I have an appointment, but that has not been the case the last three visits. The waiting room is nice and clean and quiet. All of the associates have good customer service, it’s just that the wait is way too long. I like this location because it is closer to me than the location on Military Hwy.

I'm supposed to have free oil changes, after receiving my first one I was handed an invoice for over a thousand dollars for an engine air filter, cabin air filter, brake fluid and differential fluid, I was told I couldn't get my free oil changes done anymore unless they do all that work, which is insane, the filters and fluids would probably only cost around 60 bucks if I went and got it myself. The dealership should have taken care of all these things before selling the vehicle.

Marley and Anna were wonderful along with Josh. Marley was patient with us while we jumped many hoops to getting out 2018 Chevy. I highly appreciate him and despite his age the reliability on his was phenomenal. I have dealt with many dealerships and usually end up with late-aged men and he appeared to have similar skills and anything he lacked was replaced with determination. They met me coming out of my truck they answered my question and were very professional and knowledgeable

Hunter and Anna did a fine job taking care of us. The truck we wanted was so high demand, it was initially missing - because Hunter had to find it in the shop getting maintenance! They pulled it down off the lift so we could inspect it and kick the tires (so to speak). Great support for a Monday night purchase!

I’ve been here twice with scheduled appointments for oil changes. The first time was in August 2024 (don’t remember who my advisor was), and it wasn’t the greatest experience. Too my car for inspection n everyone was professional During the time I was there they got my car in out I like that!'

I was disappointed in the service before this oil change. The last time I was missing my air caps and something was spilled on my bumper which stained it. This time was a much better experience.

First thing is I wonder what the purpose of scheduling an appointment when they’re just going to look at your vehicle when they’re ready. I dropped my car off Saturday 3/29 with a scheduled appointment of 11:30am. When I arrived to drop my car off, I was told that they may not get to look at my car until Tuesday 4/1!
