This service center saved our wedding! Two vehicle breakdowns (not kidding) the day before we were to leave for our destination wedding and they pulled techs to get BOTH vehicles back on the road before they closed that day!!!

I've always been passed with The dealer dealership. There are new owners and they have a automated phone directory that takes you through about 3 different locations. Ounce you arrive they are not speaking with the location you will have your service done. We made an appointment to drop off our vehicle overnight for inspection the next day. Non approached and we called the "dealer phone number" to be told that things were progressing and that they would call when ready. They verified my phone for a callback. I pulled in and immediately was greeted, since I had an appointment for an oil change I only had to hand them my keys. They got me in and out quickly. I was there for maybe 90 mins max. Everything was so easy and they were polite

It took 2 weeks to get my car back because my car had multiple issues. I had to have a diagnostic for each issue and wait on parts but it was worth it. My car is back to 100%.

Getting an inspection is always a hassle. No one takes appointments anymore and then when you show up as a walk in they are full. Literally, went to two shops and three dealerships to try and get an inspection done in reasonable time. I rode right up to this service station and they were done with my car in about 2 hours. No gimmicks. Friendly service. 1000000% coming back here.
